RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

All ELAPSED drops are produced in limited quantities. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final.

Exchanges We accept exchanges for sizing issues only, within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Item must have all original tags attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging

To request an exchange, contact us at support@elapsedco.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for exchange. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@elapsedco.com within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.

Discounted Items All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
