1. General By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us you engage in our service and agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site including browsers, customers, and merchants.
2. Products All products sold on elapsedco.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at any time. Product colors and details may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
4. Payment We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify. ELAPSED does not store any payment information.
5. Orders & Cancellations Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. ELAPSED reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund if necessary.

7. Returns & Exchanges Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details. All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues only within 14 days of delivery.
8. Intellectual Property All content on elapsedco.com including but not limited to logos, images, graphics, text, and product designs are the property of ELAPSED and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability ELAPSED shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
10. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
