SHIPPING POLICY
At ELAPSED, every order is handled with care. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During drop launches, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.
Domestic Shipping (USA) We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally but plan to in the future. Sign up to our list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages ELAPSED is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at support@elapsedco.com and we will do our best to assist you.
